Benefits
Salary plus bonuses and commissions: 450 EUR – 1400 EUR.

Responsibilities
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about our products and services as on www.dcaventures.ro & www.EDIconnect.ro, to take orders or cancel accounts, to obtain details of technical and commercial issues and to find appropriate solutions.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken, all recorded in our CRM & Support Ticket Platform.
- Resolve customers’ service or billing issues by performing activities such as technical support and adjusting bills/contracts.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
- Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Determine charges for services requested, arrange contracting, billing and collections.
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using CRM.
- Solicit sale of new or additional services or products to Customers
- Recommend improvements in products / services / solutions, packaging or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems.

- Medium to Advanced English.
- HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Linux on a beginner level is a plus.
- Orientation to software and product development is a plus.
