We are looking for someone responsible, sociable, intelligent, with a positive attitude, eager to learn that will be  ready to proactively help both the Clients and our team.
We have 3 full time jobs available for this position and 1 internship.
Skill level: beginner, novice, medium

Salary plus bonuses and commissions: 450 EUR – 1400 EUR.

Product Development / Project Management (technical oriented) or Sales Agent (sales & commissions oriented)

  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about our products and services as on &, to take orders or cancel accounts, to obtain details of technical and commercial issues and to find appropriate solutions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken, all recorded in our CRM & Support Ticket Platform.
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing issues by performing activities such as technical support and adjusting bills/contracts.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems.
  • Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Determine charges for services requested, arrange contracting, billing and collections.
  • Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using CRM.
  • Solicit sale of new or additional services or products to Customers
  • Recommend improvements in products / services / solutions, packaging or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self confidence and strong team player.
  • Medium to Advanced English.
  • HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Linux on a beginner level is a plus.
  • Orientation to software and product development is a plus.
