Benefits

Responsibilities
- Performing daily secretarial duties;
- Taking and making calls;
- Greeting visitors and informing the company’s contact persons;
- Ensuring meeting protocols, according to daily requirements;
- Updating the database;
- Organizing the agenda;
- Assisting the company’s general manager and developing entrepreneurial skills;
- Coordinating and implementing the administrative procedures;
- Participating in activities connected to EU-funded internal projects;
- Ensuring a straightforward, transparent and efficient communication with the organization;
- Taking part in activities that are related to the administrative, basic accounting, marketing and financial fields;
- Registering data and presenting internal reports;
- Permanently communicating with the company’s management team;
- Communicating directly with the clients – as the case may be;
- Contributing to the team’s efforts in order to achieve common goals;
- Updating the database – CRM;
- Keeping track of payments and cash-ins;
- Other responsabilities – as the company may require.
Requirements
- Experience in administering an office and assisting management;
- Advanced English skills;
- Proactive, organized, calm and tactful, looking for a stable job;
- At least 6 months of involvement with a company’s activities;
- Advanced PC skills (Windows/MacOS, Office Pack, Internet, email);
- Open to communicating directly and honestly;
- Availability and desire to be part of an organization that is rapidly growing;
- Approaching clients and suppliers, the ability to present information in an organized and structured manner;
- Ability to pursue the company’s objectives and to deliver results;
- Taking part in marketing and PR activities/own events;
- Open, innovative and motivated, eager to learn and to self-improve;
- Higher education (preferably with studies in Economics, Accounting, Finance/Banks, Management-Marketing);
